Remember when Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber secretly got hitched then took some time away to focus on caring for each other and on privately enjoying their first months of marriage?

Well, the Toluca Lake mansion that served as their post-wedding getaway is now up for grabs.

The property recently came to market, with Andrew Mortaza and Bryan Castaneda of The Agency handling the listing.

So if you’re a die-hard fan looking to recreate some of the pics Bieber shared on his Instagram feed during his stay here, you’ll only need about… $8.495 million.

Ironically, the $8.495 asking price matches the amount the pop star paid for his own new home, which he and Hailey Baldwin recently moved into, right after their extended stay at 9928 Toluca Lake Ave property.

Back in March, Bieber doled out $8.5 million for a 6,132-square-foot home in Beverly Hills. Not before long, both Hailey and Justin Bieber gave us a glimpse into their new family home, sharing photos on their social accounts from the fab new setting.

Inside the house Bieber paid $100k/month to rent

Last year, soon after the couple secretly tied the knot, Justin Bieber started renting the five-bedroom beauty in Toluca Lake.

While the property was offered as a pocket listing at the time (with a similar $8.5 million price tag), Bieber showed no signs that he’s ready to commit and instead chose to rent the manse for nearly $100,000/month.

With the Biebers now out of the home, the beautiful property at 9928 Toluca Lake Avenue is ready to welcome its new occupants — and it already has the recording studio ready, just in case another recording artist is looking for a new crib.

The 6,500-square-foot home at 9928 Toluca Lake Avenue was built back in 2000 and, according to the listing, has since “been taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt“, to exquisite results.

With 5 bedrooms, 7 full baths, 500 square feet of covered patios and a 1,200-square-foot garage large enough for 6 cars, and plenty of extra storage space, the property is all fit for comfy and private living.

To add more to the exclusive nature of the property, the long list of amenities includes a professional recording studio, pool, spa, private dock with two paddle boats, gym and much more.

The master suite even features a massive walk-in closet, a luxurious spa-like bathroom and windows that showcase the home’s lake views.

No wonder Bieber and Hailey extended their stay well past the first 6 months of their marriage.
