First, there was Bing Crosby. Then it was Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green.

Now it’s rising pop star and Grammy Award-winner Meghan Trainor’s turn to fall in love with the Toluca Lake carriage house — and shed $4.9 million to make it hers.

And it’s easy to see why; when you arrive at the property, an expansive driveway leads you between gorgeous century old oak trees and olive trees to a contemporary ranch house.

Stepping inside the 6,710 sq ft home, you get to a spacious main room with exposed beams and quartz slate floors. The kitchen has an Australian opal granite island, and the formal dining rooms comes with Brazilian cherry hardwood floor.

The master suite includes a 2nd story loft of 600+ sq ft and separate his and hers dressing rooms and bathrooms. The house comes with a back yard that features a saline pool and jacuzzi, and a fire pit; and a spacious pool house fully equipped with its own bathroom and kitchen.
