But I’m terribly sorry to see him let it go… Have you seen this place?

Here are the facts:

  • singer/producer/reality TV star Pharell Williams buys the Bristol Tower condo in 2007 — at the height of the real estate bubble — for $12.525 million
  • the 9,000-square-foot unit has five bedrooms and 360-degree views; it’s set atop the Bristol Tower in Brickell, Miami, and has one of the most stunning views money can buy (even when talking Miami real estate)
  • he first lists the property in 2012
  • initial asking price: $16.8 million
  • several price slashes and a severe lack of interested buyers make Pharrell take condo off the market in Nov. 2014
  • property is re-listed in fall 2015 with a fresh $10.99 price tag
  • it finally sells in June 2016 for a reported $9.25M — which basically means that Pharrell lost close to $3 million — not counting the money he invested to spruce up the property
  • and speaking of proper maintenance and putting your soul into it… HAVE YOU SEEN THIS PENTHOUSE? IT’S INSANE AND I WANT IT!
