CELEBRITY HOMES
Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his supermodel wife Behati Prinsloo just cashed in $51 million from the sale of their Los Angeles house
After news of the recent sale broke out, many were left wondering: where will the A-list couple live now?
Luckily, the couple planned ahead. At the end of March, Adam and Behati paid a whopping $52 million for Rob Lowe’s former Montecito mansion.
Custom-built for Lowe back in 2009, the sprawling home is known as Oakview Estate. The property’s grounds span over 3.4 acres, anchored by a two-story, six-bedroom house.
There's also an additional catering kitchen, a wine room and state-of-the-art professional theater.
With a total of 10,000 square feet and countless amenities, there's plenty of room for the couple to entertain their famous friends.
Also on the property: a two-bedroom guest house AND a pool house which offers an additional bedroom.
On the back of the main house, the Prinsloo-Levines will soak up the sun (and the spectacular views) on the extensive porches that overlook the Pacific Ocean.
Not to mention, the luxurious outdoor amenities include a living area with fireplace, a pool and a sunken tennis court.
