There were a couple of properties that caught her eye, but Chrishell picked a beautiful single-story midcentury ranch in Hollywood Hills — and we're here to give you a quick tour.

Chrishell paid $3.3 million  for the midcentury ranch-style stunner

Originally listed for nearly $4 million, Chrishell's house commanded a $3.3M sales price.  The Oppenheim Group agent represented herself in the deal.

It has 4 bedrooms and over 3,000 square feet of living space

The 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home boasts a beautiful open floor plan with  a well-designed flow that makes the spacious rooms feel connected.

The 1964-built home has been meticulously renovated prior to the sale

Originally built in 1964, the property has gone through several renovations throughout the past half a century.

Fresh and modern updates include a gourmet kitchen with a huge center island, a spacious dining area, and  a living room with a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace.

The house has amazing poolside views and several lounging areas

The main attraction of the property  is definitely the poolside area, which offers unobstructed views  of the scenic surroundings.

The outdoor space has several sitting areas, a poolside patio, dual outdoor fireplaces and a poolside cabana, all perfect for entertaining friends and colleagues.
