Rod Stewart’s house in Beverly Park gets $6M price cut. The ritzy manor is now listed for $74 million

The singer’s longtime home

is one of the Los Angeles' most impressive trophy estates, and it’s once again up for grabs — this time, with a revised asking price.

The 3-acre property first hit the market in June,

when the Maggie May singer listed it for a whopping $70 million.

With no takers, it was taken off the market in November, only to resurface with an even more ambitious asking price of $80M. Now, it's listed for $74 million.

And the rocker’s over-the-top mansion has plenty of attributes to justify the sky-high asking price, with location standing at the heart of it.

Rod Stewart’s house is in the prestigious North Beverly Park enclave, the ritziest, most expensive residential community in all of Los Angeles (Adele, Denzel Washington & The Rock all live here).

Designed by "Mega mansion King" architect Richard Landry,

the regal English country estate has 9 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and an impressive 28,000-square-feet of luxuriously appointed living space.

The long list of amenities includes a grand foyer, Great Room, regal formal library, private speakeasy, an expansive outdoor pool and spa, multiple seating areas, and a 60’ by 120’ fully lit soccer field

Other structures on the property

include a 4,500-square-foot guest house with a full-size gym, and an outdoor entertainment structure with barbecue and fireplace
