CELEBRITY HOMES
When you think of Oscar winner Sandra Bullock, the first words that come to mind are probably not “organic farmer.”

But The Lost City actress has just as much range when it comes to real estate as she does in her acting career.
At one point, Architectural Digest reported that the actress owned “at least 17 properties scattered across the country.”
Among them: a 91-acre hilltop compound with an organic avocado farm which recently hit the market for $6,000,000
Sandra Bullock's house is set in the Palomar Mountain Range north of San Diego and just west of the Cleveland National Forest.
It has towering eucalyptus trees, groves of organic avocado and citrus trees, colorful rose gardens, walking and hiking trails, you name it.
The 91-acre property is anchored by the main house — a beautiful one-story adobe-style ranch.
Sandra Bullock’s house has 4 bedrooms and 6 baths, and a large living room with high-pitched white wood ceilings.
The kitchen is the definition of luxury, with custom La Cornue ovens and range.
Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, and the primary bedroom also has an adobe fireplace and spacious lounge area.
Outside, a whole series of amenities compete for attention.
Modern amenities (like a heated saltwater pool) compete with farm additions like a walk-in chicken coop and a 1,200 organic avocado tree orchard.
