After seven years at the helm of one of the most popular late night shows — The Daily Show — Noah has stepped down as host.
But The Daily Show is not the only thing Trevor Noah is parting ways with...
The comedian is also saying goodbye to his swanky two-story penthouse in Manhattan, listing it for $12.95 million.
The penthouse is a celebrity in its own right, having served as filming 'studio' for The Daily Show throughout 2020.
The two-story apartment sits atop the 1927-built Stella Tower, previously known as the New York Telephone Building.
The beautiful residence comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an extra-generous wraparound terrace.
Clocking in at a generous 3,600 sq. ft., Trevor's apartment occupies both the 17th and 18th floors of the pre-war building.
The lower floor houses three full bedroom suites, one currently configured as a state-of-the-art home theater.
But it's the outdoor space that steals the show, with its generous 1,000-square-foot wrap-around terrace.
With a custom teak pergola, plunge pool, and wet bar, the landscaped terrace opens up to killer skyline views.
