Jasmine Roth- Designed House that Won Season 1 of HGTV’s ‘Rock the Block’ Competition is Now for Sale
If you’re a fan of HGTV’s mega-hit competition series Rock the Block, you’re bound to recognize this lovely home.
The modern farmhouse was crowned as the winner of the 1st season of the popular home design competition
— which puts four teams of “powerhouse experts” to compete against each other to renovate identical properties.
Jasmine Roth, star of HGTV’s Hidden Potential, beat the competition by delivering a stunning remodel of the single-story home.
The judges praised Jasmine’s remodel for being family-friendly, and adding beautiful features like a dramatic entryway, a pool, and an elevated interior style.
With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the HGTV house is warm and inviting, featuring high ceilings and light wood floors.
It packs 2,547 square feet of living space in its beautifully-appointed interiors.
The great room is anchored by a stone fireplace, with a tall wood-paneled ceiling towering above and sliding doors opening up to the backyard and pool area.
The open floorplan leads into the beautiful kitchen,
which has custom floor-to-ceiling cabinets, a built-in drinks fridge, designer tile backsplash, and an oversized island.
Jasmine Roth also completely transformed the backyard, which is now a welcoming space that invites relaxation with a pool, dedicated lounging areas and canyon views.
The charming property is currently listed for $1,149,000, with Ray Akbari of The Agency in charge of finding a buyer.
As for the show, Rock the Block will return for a third season in early 2022, the series again will be hosted by popular carpenter, craftsman and design expert Ty Pennington.
