Some million-dollar properties draw us in with their impeccable architecture. Others offer a great location, ample acreage, additional buildings or high-end amenities.

We’ve even seen some being offered for sale with perks like a private yacht, a luxury car, or even a European trip baked into the listing price.

But there’s nothing that will steal the spotlight quite like a tropical oasis that promises a never-ending vacation to its future owners.

And one recently listed property located just outside of Homestead, Florida, is a green sanctuary unlike anything we’ve seen lately — featuring freshwater grottos, water features, white sand beaches, and lush surroundings fully enveloped by nature. Ready for a quick tour?

The lush 44-acre Florida property

The main property is set across 14 acres of pristine Florida Pine Preserve, located at 15000 & 14900 SW 200th Street, in Redlands, Florida, a historic unincorporated community and agricultural area in Miami-Dade County, Florida — about 20 miles southwest of downtown Miami and just northwest of Homestead, Florida.

But the core property is not the only lot included in the sale.

For an additional $3 million, interested buyers can purchase 29 more acres for a total of nearly 44 acres. The listing price is $22,000,000 for the whole 44 acres or $19,000,000 for the 14-acre main property.

It’s rightfully been named Breezy Oaks

Dubbed Breezy Oaks, a rather fit name for the nature-enveloped property, the Florida oasis is a living work of art — a sanctuary designed for those seeking privacy, connection to nature, and the beauty of the natural world.

The tropical ranch is being sold by David Wallack, whose family has owned the iconic Mango’s Tropical Café on Ocean Drive. Wallack has commissioned Lynna Weil and Darin Tansey of Douglas Elliman to find a buyer.

The property features three freshwater grottos

At its heart are three naturally filtered freshwater grottos, sourced from the Floridian aquifer.

These grottos are adorned with coral installations by the late artist Ben Bistrong — his final masterpiece before passing away. His legacy lives on beneath the water’s surface, where native coral formations create an immersive, living sculpture.

Adding to the tropical retreat vibe is a series of ultra-private, white sand beaches, hidden among the lush greenery — and offering a front-row seat to take in the surrounding water features.

Fruit-producing mango, lime, and lemon trees all around

Beyond the grottos, the land is rich with mango, lime, and lemon trees, along with a thriving bee colony producing fresh honey on-site.

Designed for both relaxation and recreation, the property offers endless opportunities to swim, gather, and enjoy the outdoors in total seclusion.

There’s also a farmhouse on the property

The existing 3,362-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom farmhouse serves as a charming primary residence, weekend retreat, or guest home for future owners while they build their dream estate.

“A private resort oasis”

“Breezy Oaks is more than a retreat — it’s a private resort oasis,” owner David Wallack tells us. “The moment you pass through the gates, you’re transported into a tropical paradise, where crystal-clear grottoes teem with tilapia, koi, and cichlids, and white sand beaches invite total relaxation.

“A walk through the Rock Pine Preserve feels like stepping back in time to a South Florida untouched by modern life. At night, the soothing sounds of cascading waterfalls create a truly transcendental sleep experience. Breezy Oaks is an extraordinary estate — magical, serene, and breathtakingly beautiful,” David adds.

Can be purchased without the additional 29 acres

While nearly 44 acres of land can offer a world of possibilities for future development, the core 14-acre property is also being offered separately for $19 million. Lynna Weil and Darin Tansey of Douglas Elliman hold the listing.
