Luxury real estate in Southern Nevada has just notched a new benchmark.

Douglas Elliman’s Kristen Routh-Silberman has set a record-breaking $813 per square foot with the sale of 31 Isleworth Drive in Anthem Country Club, closing at $3.75 million and surpassing the previous community record of $791 per square foot.

“This landmark sale speaks volumes about the strength of the luxury tier here, the desirability of Henderson living, and the confident expectations of high-net-worth buyers who recognize that top-quality homes deliver enduring returns,” said Routh-Silberman, who represented the seller.

With this latest sale, Anthem joins a growing list of Henderson neighborhoods — from MacDonald Highlands to Seven Hills — that are seeing sustained strength in high-end sales as affluent buyers look beyond traditional Las Vegas ZIP codes for quality, lifestyle, and views.
