Tyler Herro’s South Florida chapter appears to be coming to a close both on and off the court.

Just days after the blockbuster trade that sent the NBA All-Star from the Miami Heat to the Milwaukee Bucks as part of the league-shaking deal that brought Giannis Antetokounmpo to Miami, Herro has officially listed his spectacular Pinecrest estate for $11.999 million.

The property is represented by Lourdes Alatriste of Douglas Elliman, with George Sarkis of The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman serving as the property’s marketing advisor.

Located in the Miami’s affluent Pinecrest suburb, the contemporary residence occupies nearly an acre in one of Pinecrest’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

Completed in 2021, Herro’s home spans more than 9,000 square feet of living space with eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and a powder room, drawing inspiration from the tranquil luxury resorts of Bali.

Warm natural materials, soaring ceilings, custom millwork, and expansive walls of glass define the home’s architectural character, while the open layout creates a seamless connection between the interiors and the lush tropical grounds beyond.

The result is a residence that feels equally suited to large-scale entertaining and quiet family living.

At the heart of the home is a chef’s kitchen designed to handle gatherings of any size, complemented by an oversized walk-in pantry and generous living and dining spaces that flow effortlessly from one room to the next.

A state-of-the-art movie theater adds another layer of entertainment, making the property feel more like a private resort than a traditional family home.

The primary suite occupies a world of its own.

Accessible by private elevator, it includes an expansive sitting room overlooking the resort-style pool, a grand custom dressing room, and generous proportions that reinforce the home’s emphasis on comfort and privacy.

Outside, the Bali inspiration becomes even more apparent.

Tropical landscaping surrounds a spectacular swimming pool, covered summer kitchen, and multiple lounge and dining areas, creating a backyard designed for year-round South Florida living.

Every space was conceived to encourage the kind of indoor-outdoor lifestyle that has become synonymous with luxury homes in the region.

Herro, who was selected 13th overall in the 2019 NBA Draft out of the University of Kentucky, developed into one of the NBA’s premier young guards during his time in Miami.

He earned NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award honors in 2022, received his first NBA All-Star nod in 2025, and helped lead the Heat to multiple deep playoff runs, including the 2020 NBA Finals.

His recent move to Milwaukee marks one of the biggest player transactions of the offseason as the Bucks begin a new era following the departure of Antetokounmpo.

Whether Herro ultimately makes Wisconsin his long-term home or another move lies ahead, his Pinecrest estate offers a final look at the lifestyle he built during his years as one of Miami’s brightest basketball stars — a serene, Bali-inspired retreat that feels worlds away from the intensity of the NBA season.
