Biscayne Point, the ritzy neighborhood set in the North Beach section of Miami Beach, is by no means an affordable area.

Lined with waterfront homes that enjoy wide views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay and are typically in the $5 to $10 million range, the pricey neighborhood has long been attracting yachting enthusiasts and deep-pocketed buyers.

And now, it just got another notch in its belt, consolidating its position as one of Miami Beach’s most exclusive gated communities.

A sprawling 14,060-square-foot home has set a new record for the neighborhood with its $22.95 million sale. And we’re here to take you on a quick tour of the record-breaking abode.

The $22.95 million sale, brokered by Compass agents Gabriella Chariff and Carlo Dipasquale — who represented the sellers in the transaction — set a new benchmark for luxury homes in the Biscayne Point community.

It beat the previous record, set earlier this year by an off-market sale of a 2022-built property, by nearly $8 million!
