Daniel Negreanu’s new Las Vegas home: A poker legend’s playground

The poker star bought himself a sleek, newly built Las Vegas-area mansion in 2023 to share with wife Amanda Negreanu, after the couple spent the first four years of their marriage living in Daniel's former bachelor pad.

When you think of the phrase “home sweet home,” the image that comes to mind probably doesn’t include nine-foot pool tables, poker-themed artwork, or a revolving 80-inch TV.

But poker superstar Daniel Negreanu is known for turning his homes into immersive places for entertaining, relaxing, and indulging in ritzy things.

The Canadian-born player (whose career I’ve long followed as we’re both of Romanian descent) has won an impressive seven World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelets and two World Poker Tour (WPT) championship titles.

And if you’re wondering how he spends his poker chips, we’re here to give you the lowdown on Negreanu’s Las Vegas residence, a luxurious yet playful home he recently purchased for $3,750,000.

Negreanu lives in Henderson, Nevada, one of Vegas’ top suburbs

In mid-2023, the poker star and his wife, Amanda Negreanu, started house-shopping together, looking for a place to call their own after living in Daniel’s former bachelor pad for four years after they got hitched.

And it turns out, they didn’t have to do much looking.

The house Daniel posted about — a sleek, newly built home in Henderson, Nevada, one of Las Vegas’ top suburbs — was taken off the market shortly after their visit, with public records showing that a $3,750,000 sale followed.

I mean, making a snap decision might come a little easier for someone who is used to knockout poker tournaments and handling the pressure of potentially losing money in a deal. But that’s unlikely to be the case, as Negreanu’s new house has already appreciated some: Zillow.com is already estimating its worth at about $4,000,000.

The home is located in the exclusive Parker Point Estates, a premier guard-gated community nestled in the heart of Henderson, Clark County, Nevada.

Built by celebrated Nevada builder, Blue Heron, known for designing and building some of the area’s most spectacular luxury homes — including championship boxer Oscar De La Hoya’s fancy Las Vegas home, also located in Henderson — Negreanu’s two-story abode is quite the showstopper.

Newly built in 2023, the home sits on a 0.48-acre, elevated corner lot. Featuring an indoor-outdoor design, the sleek contemporary home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 6,821 square feet of living space.

There’s also a plethora of amenities throughout the 6,821-square-foot home, including:

  • a pricey Garaventa elevator
  • a sleek home office Negreanu already flaunted on socials
  • a sky deck
  • an outdoor tiled patio with a TV wall
  • an infinity-edge saltwater pool
  • and high-end details like a glass pivot door at the entrance, a floating staircase, an extended loft, a wet bar, and sliding pocket doors that open to the outdoor areas.
