In what’s arguably Canada’s most affluent and prestigious neighborhood — Toronto’s ultra-pricey Bridle Path, often dubbed “Millionaire’s Row” — a new listing hit the market the other week. The asking price: a whopping $29,800,000 CAD (or about $21,680,000 US).

But it’s not just the price that stands out.

The massive 17,000-square-foot mansion has a distinctly modern feel, which makes it stand out in the ritzy street lined with palatial, European-inspired estates brimming with Old World opulence.

And among those castle-like mansions, we find Drake’s primary residence, a sprawling $100+ million estate lavishly decorated by celebrated Canadian designer Ferris Rafauli, along with quite a few other celebrity mansions. Plus, Regina George’s Mean Girls mansion is on the next street over.

Recently listed with top producers (and Luxe Listings Toronto stars) Peter and Paige Torkan of The Agency Toronto, the property is located in the upscale Bridle Path neighborhood and sits on the same street as Drake’s massive house, often featured in the rapper’s videos.

But Drake is far from the only celebrity to call Bridle Path home. The ritzy neighborhood — lined with multimillion-dollar mansions — has been home to several A-listers over the years, including Celine Dion, Prince, Mick Jagger, and Robert Herjavec.
