One of the world’s most esteemed celebrity photographers is parting ways with his stylish Manhattan pad.

Photographer Kevin Mazur is a celebrated artist who has created iconic images of such artists as Michael Jackson, Madonna, David Bowie, and Nirvana — and has been a fixture on the red carpet for close to three decades, with his work being published in countless magazines, books, exhibitions, and ad campaigns.

Even if his name might not ring a bell, you’ve most likely seen his work.

Beyond his widely published photos of beloved stars like Taylor Swift, Beyonce, and Sabrina Carpenter, his photography was featured on the covers of albums by legends like Bob Dylan. The photographer’s stellar career, recently covered in a flattering New York Times feature, included touring with The Rolling Stones in the late ’80s and serving as the go-to concert photographer for such artists as U2, Elton John, Prince, and Sting.

Now, the man behind the camera is looking to find a buyer for his Lexington Avenue home, a stunning 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium that seamlessly blends luxury, convenience, and breathtaking city views.

Mazur’s sleek city pad is located in a luxury 31-story condominium tower in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Completed in 2014, 325 Lexington Ave features 123 studio, one and two-bedroom residences and two full-floor penthouses.

Freshly listed for $1,295,000 with Jessica Chestler and Ben Jacobs of the Chestler Jacobs Team at Douglas Elliman, the celebrity photographer’s unit is perched on the 21st floor of the building — offering great views of the neighboring city landmarks that are just a stone’s throw away.

The one-bedroom condo has an open layout

The Lexington Ave condo features an open, light-filled layout with floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and high-end finishes throughout. It has a finely appointed kitchen with Liebherr, Bosch, and Bertazzoni appliances, custom cabinetry, and quartz countertops.

With ample closet space and large windows, the bedroom provides a front-row seat to the city’s vibrant skyline.

The bathroom is beautifully appointed with Calacatta marble, a rain shower, and a soaking tub. Additional highlights include an in-unit washer/dryer, custom built-ins, electric blinds, and generous custom closets throughout.

And generous views of the city’s most recognizable landmarks

But the unit’s most impressive assets are its generous views of some of New York City’s most recognizable landmarks, with iconic fixtures like the Empire State Building or the Chrysler Building in full view.

Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, the apartment offers easy access to the best of the city. Iconic landmarks such as the Empire State Building, Bryant Park, and Times Square are within walking distance, with dining, shopping, and entertainment options just steps away.

Public transportation is also conveniently accessible, including the 4, 5, 6, N, Q, and R subway lines.
