The record-breaking NFL star owns a sprawling 20-acre estate in the gated and exclusive Homestead community in Whitefish — a resort town in the Rocky Mountains, in northwest Montana.

He won’t be owning it for long though. The Super Bowl-winning quarterback is parting ways with his rustic Montana paradise, and will be auctioning off the treehouse — and the 20 acres of land it sits on — via Concierge Auctions’ online marketplace.

The online auction is scheduled to start on September 12 and will culminate with a live event held on September 27 at The Upper House in Hong Kong, as part of Concierge Auctions’ 2024 sales series spanning Los Angeles, New York, and Hong Kong. The custom kitchen includes a full-sized fridge/freezer, electric oven, propane cooktop, and bar seating, making it ideal for both casual meals and entertaining. With the online auction kicking off September 12 on Concierge Auctions’ online marketplace, bidding is expected to start between $2 million and $4 million.
