The former star of Bravo’s “Flipping Out” reality show has just brought a new flip to market. Only this time, it’s one that he actually lived in.

If you liked Scott Disick’s modern farmhouse, wait until you see Jeff Lewis’. The pro flipper that used to star in Bravo’s Flipping Out reality show just listed an impeccable four-bedroom home with a 90210 address.

Lewis bought the property back in 2017 for $1.37 million, then gutted, expanded, and renovated it into a stunning 2,870-square-foot modern farmhouse-style dwelling that served as his personal home for a brief time.

He’s now ready to part ways with the home, but won’t let it go cheap. Jeff Lewis is asking $3,495,000 for his farmhouse at 9454 Hidden Valley Place, and has enlisted the help of agent Carrie Berkman Lewis to make the sale. Carrie is part of the Eklund Gomes team at Douglas Elliman, led by power broker/reality star Fredrik Eklund.

Nestled on a private and spacious lot at the end of a sleepy and peaceful cul de sac, the property underwent substantial renovations under Jeff Lewis’ ownership.

When the Bravo star bought it, the home at 9454 Hidden Valley had a little under 2,000 square feet and owed a lot of its design to the 1950s, the time when it was built.

Lewis added one extra bedroom and two and a half bathrooms to the property to turn it into the current four-bedroom spread.

To modernize the home, Lewis painted the exterior a statement-making jet black that works well with the stylized-yet-minimalistic backyard.

When it comes to the interiors, Jeff Lewis overhauled the entire space and installed new wide-plank oak floorboards, exposed wood ceiling beams, and several skylights.

The home has four true bedroom suites, including dual masters, and a powder room. The lower master offers direct access to the pool, a large walk-in closet, and a bath appointed with Carrera and Bardiglio marble finishes.

The other two lower bedrooms have their own ensuite baths, while a second master suite that’s located upstairs comes with its own Juliet balcony, hillside views, an additional walk-in closet, and a luxury bath with a shower/tub wet room.

And since Jeff Lewis is damn good at what he does, all of the rooms in the house look exceptionally well-appointed.
