Shayna Taylor and her house in Venice, CA

Model-turned-influencer Shayna Taylor is selling her bright and airy modern farmhouse in Venice, California — which has long served as an envy-inducing background for her social media posts.

Taylor, who’s also an accomplished entrepreneur that founded Shayna’s Kitchen and Bottle & Stone, is a regular media darling, not only due to her many achievements, but also a very public on/off romance with Ryan Seacrest.

In fact, prior to their split in the summer of 2020, Shayna and Ryan lived together in the four-bedroom spread, inviting PEOPLE Magazine to take a tour of their dreamy kitchen.

Shayna purchased the property back in April 2019 for $2,350,000, and has recently listed it for sale, asking $2,995 million for the stylish abode.

But the modern farmhouse didn’t spend much time on the market, as the listing is already marked as Sale Pending on the brokerage’s website. That likely means that real estate agent Allie Lutz of The Agency has already worked her magic and scored a buyer — less than a month after the property was offered for sale — leading to a speedy sale for Taylor.

A look inside the Instagram-ready modern farmhouse

The charming home is located in the heart of Del Ray, a community located in the Westside of Los Angeles that’s often referenced as one of California’s best places to live in due to its distinct urban feel and the many restaurants, coffee shops, and parks that line its streets.

Tucked away behind a gated entrance flanked by mature landscaping, the two-story modern farmhouse comes with 2,440 square feet of beautifully appointed interior space.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, the charming abode has beautiful finishes like planked oak floors, a cozy fireplace marked with stunning soap stone marble, and vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom.

Home to Shayna’s Kitchen

After a prolific modeling career, Shayna Taylor made a name for herself in the clean-eating space with Shayna’s Kitchen, a food and nutrition brand known for gluten, corn and dairy-free recipes.

It then comes as no surprise that her soon-to-be former home comes with a sleek, modern kitchen.

Appointed with custom quartzite Belize countertops, an island with custom emerald green accented built-in cabinets, Subzero refrigerator and Wolf range, and wood and bamboo accents throughout, the kitchen is a home chef’s dream come true.

The backyard is anchored by a pizza oven/bar

The attention to detail extends to the outdoor areas, where the private backyard has been appointed with an Elementi fire pit, and an outdoor quartzite bar with built-in stone dome pizza oven.

There’s also a detached garage-turned-functional-flex-space with epoxy flooring and sliding glass doors on two sides.

And the entire backyard space is easily recognizable for anyone that follows Shayna on Instagram, as many of her social media posts feature it as backdrop.

While we’re sorry to see Shayna Taylor part ways with her beautiful modern farmhouse, we’re looking forward to see where the influencer/entrepreneur lands next. Given her impeccable sense of style, we’re certain we won’t be disappointed.
