With a limited number of home buyers out there willing (and able) to spend $30+ million on a luxury property, brokerages and agents often have to find innovative ways to get their most fabulous listings to stand out. Some throw creative open houses, others plan star-studded parties, or host art galleries on location. But in COVID times, their options are far more narrow.
One seasoned agent in California found a great way to showcase his new oceanfront listing in Pebble Beach, CA. Tim Allen, a Coldwell Banker agent that consistently ranks as one of the top 1% of real estate professionals worldwide, released a music video for his new 2-acre property at 3290 17 Mile Drive, in Pebble Beach, CA.
The video, aptly named Perfection on the Point, stars JoAnna Schmidt, a soloist from the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, as she gracefully dances through the elegant home and along the over 6,000 square feet of waterfront terraces that extend along the cliffside. The music in the video is an original song titled Café Au Lait, by The Whiskey Wasps, and it’s taken from the indie music duo’s latest album release. Watch the full video here:
The Spanish-Mediterranean home featured in the music video is located on Pescadero Point, near the acclaimed Pebble Beach Resorts — offering a full view of the Golf Links’ 18th hole.
The massive home includes four ocean-view suites and a detached guesthouse, and totals 8,412 square feet of living space. This isn’t the first time Tim Allen used engaging videos as part of his marketing strategy. Allen has previously paired with The Whiskey Wasps for his holiday music-video You & Me & You, and Casa Monte Negra.
