When it comes to drama, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills could write the book.

Whether it’s friendship feuds, plastic surgery woes, marital breakdowns, legal issues, or anything in between, the ladies of 90210 are just as infamous as their zip code.

Currently in its twelfth season, RHOBH features the entire cast from the previous season, with Diana Jenkins joining this time around.

Sure they’re fabulously wealthy and downright entertaining, but some of them aren’t even housewives. And do they actually live in Beverly Hills?

We’re taking a look at some of the housewives’ stunning estates. From Lisa Rinna’s French Provincial home in Beverly Hills to Kyle Richards’ Encino manse, continue reading about the fabulous homes of your favorite RHOBH stars.

Lisa Rinna’s house

It’s been a lifetime of beautiful memories for RHOBH star Lisa Rinna and husband Harry Hamlin inside their Beverly Hills home.

The Days of our Lives alum, 59, and the Mad Men star, 70, were wed in the garden of their home’s property in 1997. And the A-list couple have raised their two daughters — Amelia Gray and Delilah Belle — at their beloved family home.

“I’ve been here 28 years,” Lisa said on Watch What Happens Live. “I love this house, I mean, I really do.”

The Hamlin house was custom designed and built by Harry in 1986, and is now worth $4 million, Hello reports.

Spanning 4,000 square feet, the Beverly Hills home offers a unique French Provincial design with antique furnishings.

Packing four bedrooms and five bathrooms, the Hamlin home has an expansive backyard with breathtaking views of the mountains and Marina del Rey.

Fans and followers of Lisa’s social media pages have seen glimpses of the stunning estate, with the funny lady often posting dance videos taken in and outside the house.

As well, Lisa offered Bravo a tour inside their family home — from the kitchen that Harry cooks in, to her fabulous closet, check out the pics here.

Kyle Richards’ house

RHOBH’s last remaining original cast member, Kyle Richards, lives in the lap of luxury.

The mother-of-four, 53, and husband Mauricio Umansky own a luxurious colonial-style property in Encino.

Spanning 10,600 square feet, the San Fernando Valley home was originally built in 1882, Architectural Digest reports.

Featuring seven bedrooms and eight baths, the beautiful property that Kyle Richards calls home sits behind a protective gate with manicured hedges and a stunning fountain.

Some of the fabulous features of the home include an enormous 800-square-foot balcony, eight fireplaces, an outdoor pool, and a 1,600-square-foot guest house.

Erika Girardi’s house

It’s been nothing but real estate drama for Erika Girardi and Tom Girardi.

The longtime cast member, 51, and her estranged husband first listed their Pasadena mansion for $13 million in May 2021, People reports.

Currently, the price has been reduced to $7.5 million, so Erika Girardi’s house is now offered at a significant discount.

The reality star has reportedly been living in a Los Angeles residence valued at $1.5 million since filing for divorce from Tom in November.

Originally built in 1928, the palatial Pasadena mansion is situated between the Arroyo Seco and Annandale Golf Club and offers views of the historic Colorado Street Bridge.

Boasting over 10,000 square feet, the luxurious property offers four bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a library, a chapel, and a guest suite with its own private entrance.

Some of the other luxurious features include a pool, pavilion, multiple patios, and a rose garden.

Dorit Kemsley’s house

RHOBH star Dorit Kemsley and husband Paul Kemsley live in a luxurious California estate.

During Season 10, Dorit and Paul moved with their two children to the 9,000-square-foot property located in the family-friendly neighborhood of Encino.

Reportedly, the couple paid $6.5 million for the six-bedroom home that offers a cinema, basketball court, and expansive backyard.

The reality star, 46, took to Instagram Stories during Memorial Day weekend to give fans a sneak peek of her luxurious digs.

While her outdoor pool was filled with floatation devices, the surrounding loungers were topped with cushions and towels from her exclusive Beverly Beach brand. Take a look at Dorit Kemsley’s house here.

Garcelle Beauvais’ house

Nestled in the San Fernando Valley, Garcelle Beauvais and her sons live in a two-story, 3,200 square-foot home with a “dream kitchen,” People reports.

Showcasing a plaque outside reading “Sak Pasé” (in honor of her Haitian heritage) the RHOBH star’s beautiful home features a stunning white kitchen, soft gray furnishings, and a showpiece built-in rectangular fireplace.

As well, Garcelle recently purchased a future vacation home in Ventura County.

The reality star opened up to Bravo about the big purchase. Admitting that she “bought a house just to knock it down,” she added, “everything basically is going.”

“My vision is to build at least 2,700 square [feet],” Garcelle said. “I want to go up. I want to have different decks. I want it to be modern. I just want it to be a place my kids can go and just have fun, create memories, and when I’m gone, they can say, ‘This is really cool that mom did this.’”

And it sounds like it’s been a dream come true for the single mom-of-three boys.

“I didn’t grow up knowing anyone who owned more than one home or even owned a home,” she shared. “So for me, buying a beach house, it’s a pretty big deal… I’m really proud of myself.”

Crystal Kung Minkoff’s house

Joining the cast of RHOBH in 2021, Crystal Kung Minkoff is the first Asian American to star on the popular reality show.

And she’s got that entrepreneurial spirit as many of the housewives do. Her company Real Coco offers a range of coconut products, including milk, water, coffee creamer, and chips.

After joining the cast for Season 11, the mom-of-two gave Bravo a tour of her luxurious Bel-Air digs that she built with her husband, filmmaker Rob Minkoff.

Spanning 9,000 square feet, Crystal Kung Minkoff’s house boasts vintage vibes with printed curtains, antique furniture, and Gothic-inspired black candelabra chandeliers.

Sutton Stracke’s house

Sutton first joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in Season 10 as a “friend of the housewives,” but was upgraded to a full-time cast member for the eleventh season onwards.

The mom-of-three, 50, was living in a Bel-Air mansion when she first joined the show. But in Season 11, viewers learned that she is renting castmate Kyle Richards’ house while her $5.35 million house is under renovation.

Her newly purchased property, also located in Bel-Air, is a 1930s Georgian-style mansion boasting four bedrooms and five baths.

The posh property also features large pools, sweeping lawns, and a tennis court, according to Dirt.

Formerly owned by late Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss, the luxurious estate spans over 4,000 square feet.

Diana Jenkins’ house

Bosnian-born Diana Jenkins is the newest member of RHOBH.

The mother-of-three isn’t actually a housewife, after having divorced executive Roger Jenkins. Nor does she actually live in Beverly Hills.

When the Jenkins’ divorced in 2012, Diana was granted full ownership of the couple’s posh Malibu home located in prestigious Paradise Cove.

The longtime socialite recently sold the luxurious mansion for a whopping $87 million, Dirt reports.

She has since shelled out a cool $13 million on a smaller estate in the Hidden Hills community, located in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley.

Spanning 13,000 square feet, Diana Jenkins’ house was built in 2019 and is located in the Ashley Ridge section of Hidden Hills.

Offering seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, some of the home’s luxurious features include a floating staircase, gourmet kitchen, soundproof movie theater, and a temperature-controlled wine closet, to name a few.

The newest RHOBH cast member, 48, shares two teenage children with her ex-husband, Roger Jenkins, and a toddler daughter with her boyfriend, 33-year-old aspiring musician Asher Monroe.
