Just an hour outside San Francisco, in the golden hills of the Carneros region, lies an 80-acre vineyard estate — and one of California’s finest equestrian facilities.
Napa Valley’s Toyon Farm has recently hit the market with an $18 million asking price, and it’s worth every penny.
Coldwell Banker Global Luxury (with Cyd Greer at the helm) has the task of finding a new owner for the charming, sprawling estate that features 30 acres of producing vineyards, ideal for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals.
The unique soil produces premium grapes that are sold to acclaimed wineries like Saintsbury, Ancien and Alpha Omega, among others.

The 4,000-square-foot residence was designed by Robert Keenan in an Old World-inspired style, and was completed in 1989.
In 1994, the home was renovated by Marcel Sedletzky, bringing it to modern standards and breathing new life into its light-filled rooms.
Some highlights of this stunning residence include a cathedral-ceiling great room featuring a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a temperature-controlled, 5,500-bottle wine cellar and tasting room, three bedrooms and a three-car garage.
The Toyon Farm residence also incorporates a butler’s pantry and laundry room, a family media room, an al fresco dining patio with a wood-burning fireplace/barbecue, an in-ground heated swimming pool and hot tub, and a 2,000-square-foot estate manager residence.
